A defining feature is its use of Bronsgroen brick by Wienerberger, whose rich, earthy tones and subtle texture ground the development in warmth and durability. Carefully detailed brickwork creates depth and rhythm across the façades, resonating with Dublin’s brick-built heritage while feeling unmistakably modern.
