The brickwork in this project is central to its urban legitimacy. Architects O’Mahony Pike selected Con Mosso and Platinum White bricks (supplied by Clay & Co.) to articulate a façade vocabulary that dialogues with the eclectic streetscape of Cork Street. The heavier, warm tonal folds of Con Mosso ground the building at street level, whilst the crisp Platinum White panels punctuate vertical bays, creating contrast and visual rhythm. Deep window reveals, carefully proportioned fenestration, and the interplay of brick tones manage the perceived mass and add scale. Brick here is not just material—it shapes light, identity and context.
