An essential material for the project is the Corum bricks by Vandersanden. Selected for their aesthetic appeal and performance. These handmade bricks, measuring feature a multi-tonal palette of buff, yellow, and light grey hues, adding warmth and texture to the building's façade. The subtle grain and sanded finish of the Corum bricks contribute to a tactile and visually engaging surface.
