Dublin Landings
dublin landings brick design

Dublin Landings uses a palette of bricks; Terrarood, Hagen, Lithium, Livorno, and Zena to reconcile bold contemporary volumes with the industrial‑heritage scale of Dublin’s quays. The façades are executed in precast panels with brick faces, enabling precision in texture and alignment while delivering consistency across the 470 units. Darker brick tones reference the docklands’ historic warehouses, grounding the masterplan visually, while lighter accents and sharp recesses create rhythm and modulate scale.
